Easily passes as Dutch and German. I actually dont see any real Keltic on him. Could actually pass a Nordic looking Russian as well

His type is rare in Wales that is for sure. In Cornwall too everyone would assume he was on holiday or a second home owner from central or eastern England

I know what you mean but there is a minority of Red haired Nordid Russian who can look similar to this. No real Keltic infuenced types though, this pretty much NW restricted with some exceptions in Centralwesteuro (than you get some red haired Corded Nordids, or Nordic/ Dinaric mixes who could be mistaken by some)

I ve seen a few Germans with reddish Blonde mixed hair or just red hair, also here they exist here but dont want to spam this thread i will send a pm with a Grazer Dj- he looks a bit in Keltic direction. Cant remember any Dutch really, but a few Belgiums and NW French- this hair colour obv. peaks somewhere on the British isles- i know a Scottish footballer with an even more rare red hair colour, will post him as a Keltic Nordid example (not only because of the hair though).
