You wouldn’t get a lot of flak at all. Maybe on forums like this, but not in real life. I know plenty of Greeks (even in my family) who look more West Asian and they have never been told they were less Greek, because these looks are more normal than you think. If anything, blonde Greeks are questioned a lot more.

Arabid sure, this is only common for Arabians and partially Levantines. But Armenoid is technically a regular West Asian look. We also have a lot of Dinarid which looks very similar to Armenoid, just a lighter version basically.
