How do they compare to Cartagena's councillors in your opinion?

They are slightly more Euro-shifted than the Cartagena ones (but there are also some strongly Black-admixed ones).

Slightly? They are def. more Europoid-looking than the Cartagena ones and the darkest one has got light eyes (Añez).

The Cartagena ones are nowhere near fully Black either. Certainly, both these and the Cartagineros are worlds apart from the councillors I posted from Buenaventura.

Is that even a question? Of course Buenaventura is more black, as is the Pacific Coast. They are indeed worlds apart from the Caribbean Coast in terms of economy, demographic breakdown, culture, architecture. Not even close.

As for Cartageneros, they are not fully black but they are more black on average because it was Colombia's main port of entry for black people on the Atlantic Coast. However, it also received substantial Spanish immigration hence the old colonial district.
