Although there are some Blacks and Mulattoes in Bogota nowadays, not least due to all the economic migrants and IDPs from the coasts, I say without any hint of irony that you see rather fewer Blacks in Bogota than in London, Paris or Amsterdam.

I'd say yes to that, but not because I have been on Bogotá, but due to my being in Paris, and being as surprised as the proverbial Jap tourist at seeing the amount of SSA's there.

Well France strictly forbids collecting stats on ethnicity, but in London's case the 2011 Census (we are actually due to fill in the new Census in just over a week's time) said that London was/is 11.5% Black and 4.5% mixed-race.

Seems Caribs tend to outmarry more than continental SSA's there, but that probably is explained by their having more time in the country than the latter.

That's partly why, but also because the Caribbean is more 'Westernised' culturally than Africa already. After all, South Asians arrived here in large numbers almost as early as Caribbeans did, yet their out-marriage rates are nowhere near as high.

Cundinamarca siempre ha tenido bastante mas aporte indigna, todas las ciudades actuales con nombres tales como Zipaquirá, Facatativá, Chia... Eran aldeas chibchas densamente pobladas.
Mientras que Antioquia apenas tenia indios, en el urabá antioqueño es el unico lugar donde la presencia indigena se hacia notoria.
