Equally i guess. He has that Western Admix that is not very Scando, but they have people who look like this

Yep he looks very Western, I would say he can pass even in Iberia in the second picture. I think his look is very common in US.

He looks German, but he could easily be English or Danish too. Dark Germanic type (Corded-Faelid-Med mix)
