What would you say for prominent cheekbones in this pic? Is it normal for Portugal or indicates Turanid component?

Yes, there is sm Turanid or at least ANE about him. The skin tone suggest it as well. would not mistake him as Iberian or Southeuro.

med with slightly turanid influence. turanid is not much visible, mostly med.

In his case, the little Turanid does not preclude him to pass in southern europe IMO.
