G25 coordinates - testing

Hi all,

I finally decided to splash the cash and got G25 coordinates based on AncestryDNA raw data.
I performed following tests:


1) For my Yamnaya vs. WHG vs. Neolithic proportions Ive got

Target: cakmir7y_scaled
Distance: 4.6299% / 0.04629865
47.0 Yamnaya_RUS_Samara
37.2 TUR_Barcin_N
15.8 WHG

This agrees pretty well with original work of Haak et al for Czech population, e.g. here: https://www.nature.com/articles/nature14317#Sec10
I used this: http://g25vahaduo.genetics.ovh/Global-standard.htm


2) No calculator based on Eurogenes was able to reproduce me as a Czech.
