Greeks for sure, though the gap is still quite substantial.

Based on autosmal calculators , Greeks . Not sure about dstats and IBS analysis ..
Greeks for sure, and by far. It would be more interesting to compare them with Iranians instead of Pakistanis.

It would still be Greeks by some margin I would imagine.

It's talking about mainland Greeks keep in mind, not Dodecanese or cypriots . I think it would be interesting to see who they end up closer to on g25 vahaduo .

I know. I'd wager that it's still the Greeks.
Keep in mind, when I see "Iranian", I assume ethnic Persians. Idk much about their more southern minorities in relation to their genetic distances between Greeks and Paks.

It would be cool to see Zoros input in this regarding dtstats too .

Not really. Iranians are no less Europid than most Levantines IMHO.

Iranians are darker though than Levantines. Many of them are flat-out brown. But yeah they are caucasoid. I've seen Muslim Palestinians with clear Negroid influence on the other hand.

Oooof I would have to disagree man, I mean Iranians are quite diverse and come in different ethnicities firstly, but I don't believe they are darker than levantines . For instance :
Iranians

Same Iranian team you posted

Lightest levantines , Syrians

Haven't seen dstats but with IBS Syrians would be much closer to Greeks than any Pakistan ethnic group. The reason is that ENF was extremely successful in W Asia and Europe and has a very large impact on the genetics of W Asians and Europeans.
So its an 8000 year old big connection between W. Asian and Europeans but nonetheless a connection. Now with Greeks and W Asians there are even more recent admixtures than ENF because of Ionia and Greek presence in Anatolia. In fact personally Greeks look more W Asian than European to me genetically (they are very close to those modern Levant peoples)

I agree, most Iranians are a shade of brown or olive. Levants are lighter but not very noticeably from what I've seen where I live. Not to the extent you are saying.
I don't like taking pictures as they are pseudo science but I found a handful pictures that shows their diversity (diaspora groups etc). This is from East to West as well as diaspora Iranians.

Here's Lebanese (who are the lightest group even genetically, not Syrians).

Syrians are much closer to mainland Greeks. There is a possible exception with Pakistan's small Parsi community.
