Has anyone try it? I noticed a lot of people get pretty accurate results from there and share them on reddit with their 23andme results.

I dont know...gedmatch results are much more in line with 23andme, no NW EU before.

Very high Scandinavian for me in comparison to my AncestryDNA or 23andMe, more or less in line with gedmatch calcs but doesn't seem very thorough.

I dont know...gedmatch results are much more in line with 23andme, no NW EU before.

I think these are normal results for Hungarian, but strange, that 23andme does not detect Western European DNA. I know, that smoothing effect can eat some of it, but do not know about 25%. Interesting if you have it on other tests

It’s not too bad.
These tests usually give me a crap load of B&I.
The Scandinavian should be quite a bit higher and it didn’t give me any SSA
But other than that it’s pretty accurate

Gedmatch also dont show any NW EU and calcs put me very much away from HU avg. But yes these would be so hungarian results. Ambigous either way :D

Edit: just came to my mind that with that eurogenes k13 comparison to other users i score closest to you. Do you have any NW EU relation?

I do not think so, I suspected I have Northwestern European ancestors from my Polish side, but I also have Russian ancestry and I wouldn't see any western shift even if there is. I should test my fully Polish parent to check it. I am Polish/Russian/Bulgarian and not western shifted

Interesting. Would you think that my NW EU is real then in this big percentage?
Sorry if im a rookie but why wouldnt you see the NW in yours bc of the Russian ancestry?

I honestly do not know. I think Ancestry DNA is somewhat accurate for identifying NW Euro heritage, if it is possible upload your raw data to other websites and see it you score it there.

I said I will not see any NW shift, because Russian heritage pulls me to east and even if there is small NW shift my Slavic will be closest to Ukrainians, because Polish + Russian = something similar to Ukrainians

Seems legit to me and more accurate than G25 at least for modern populations, because G25 is too fine-grained for modern populations. :

I mean technically I am English , Irish and German/French but any retard will tell you if you mix the Irish and Germans together then mix it back into the English you get English people roughly unless you autistically want to split hairs.

Also, I might be mistaken but I think G25 and creoda's updated vahaduo sheets used self-reported ancestry , to some degree, for their databases but DNAgenics uses only scientific ones :
