Well, I would guess them to be Irish above any British nation, but within Britain I guess Wales.

They are from north west England, the photo was taken in Lancashire

If they're from the Northwest many could be ethnically Irish anyway.

Maybe though there are still a lot of British stock up there, these came from more provincial parts of the north west and so are probably mainly of English and Scottish descent.

1 - They look Irish to me (not the most typical group but still)
2 - The countryside reminds me of Ireland
3 - The clothes are the sort of thing many Irish/British wore in the 90s (Umbro etc)
