Yes, seems so. Probably will be classified as kelto-saxon or part North-atlantid by others. Anyway he gives me anglo-saxon vibe as first impression.

I would say Hallstatt-Keltic, seems to lack Cro Magnid admixture

Yes, the more I look I change my classification into proto-nordid. I think there are some proto-nordid examples who look like him (eyes and nose especially). Phenotype shared by IE peoples.

Thought Hallstatt was basically just a depigmented Med, would be surprised if they mainly had those features you described but then i could believe you as i am in no way an expert on the evolution of Nordics!

Quite a typical local, rural type for round there, west Eng. Keltic influenced, strong west country accent, he would play the part of a local farm hand in a tv show

there is sm French about him, but remidns me also of Aaron Hunt- half English/ half German.

i d say he is simply continental leaning Keltic Nordic, or Nordic with Dinaric-Med admix

there is something Eastern about his appearence- yes (the eye area a bit), but he is not East Nordid
