This time feels much more intense, and other countries are following lead, I remember growing up although in Canada, in 00’s and even 10’s for the most part was no where near as divided today.

is happening to the western world in general
neo-marxist ideas about religion(has become irrelevant in the west which is now totally secularised) race, gender, etc...are now considered totally normal, and are part of mainstream thinking and culture by the younger generations in particular...add to this the cult of materialism and the narcissistic cult of me...and you have the shit show that is modern western culture

We are not free like before this hysterical flu reaction. Dems have got the power and won't let us enjoy life as was a year or so ago. Should you argue covid on site with any public institution you will either silently be ignored or asked to leave before the police are called. No arguments allowed, you have all been cancelled. Even Fox News sponsors are caving in to woke threats and abandoning Fox, the only major network raising objections to the totalitarian madness, but for how long. How long before police arrest you for even trying to argue facts with leftists when their "facts" are the same as the government's? Arrested for being vocally violent when shown the evidence, even if the violence was really sarcasm. I wish this was all a nightmare gone by sunrise.

You don't get it at all. They want to ruin you and deprive you of property. They want to give you some "free" stuff instead but only to totally obedient ones ("vaccination" and such). That's what a dumber person could see as a totalitarian version of Communism. But this is planned for the future plebs only. The upper caste is supposed to rule by totally far-right principles. Hereditary and unlimited power over the lower castes.

The left doesn't have anything like (de facto) hereditary power accumulated in few families. That's what the Western "Money owners" are and what they want to be in the future.

I have no idea what you are talking about de facto families? Also should stress i’m talking about extreme Left not your average Liberal or Left winger.

Society is full of sheeple, but nobody is comfortable with giving away all personal possessions especially if set person worked hard for their wealth or its handed down hereditary.

Nah man the whole notion that a select few families such as the Rothschilds, Rockefellers its all conspiracy theories and covert Anti Semitism.

I don’t think its going to work, and there is going to be a push back. What your seeing now is opportune people of the far Left in the US and EU trying to impose a democratic form of Communism, which is an oxymoron but at least that’s what it looks like. This is post modern society trying to fill the void for God, because they abandoned the one true God and have chosen Wokeness as their new religion with its core tennants of cancel culture, environmentalism, transgenderism, socialism, extreme feminism, anti Europeaness, Anti Judeo Christian values, and hatred of traditionalism.

Yea the only reason why Jews got ahead is because they weren't blinded by outdated ethics that really didn't help anyone or solve anything because Christians just used Jews to subvert the anti-usury laws. I always say, we only have ourselves to blame. In ancient Rome they had advanced financing, sure you could up a slave over debts and tons did; but that is only right. A person should not be able to get out of debt just by declaring bankruptcy etc.

The Dutch also became so rich because they copied the ancient models of finance and Jewish banking as well as the Swiss who kinda went their own way with it. Capitalism isn't bad, it's just unreformed.

How, HOW did you get the vibes of anti-Semitism in my words? Stop following patterns. Many of them are indeed Semites as they traditionally used usury to make fortunes and widen influence. But many aren't.
Analyze the current situation and try to project it a bit in the future. Then tell who are beneficiaries of this "Great reset" as they call it if not them. Btw, that's also the name of their book where they put the new guidelines for you:

Communism was never implemented so we can speculate.

In Soviet socialism the party including the upper part consisted of that same people. The people collectively owned all the means of production of their country.

I think Americans are socially more conservative than Western Europeans, and the vote for democrats doesnt necessarily indicate support for stuff like injecting children with hormonal drugs, its just that if you prioritise economically left policies you have no choice but to support the democrat party esp considering how batshit anti socialist the conservative party is, and that comes with pro lgbt policies, its comes in a package you have to subscribe to.

And do those so called "socialists" even promise you the collective ownership of the means of production? Hell no! All they promise is that you'd be ruled by corporations that would be "socially responsible" (by Klaus Schwab). And this is an oxymoron. This kind of obvious lies is for the minds retartded by their education reforms and "mass culture". The social responsibility of corporations usually looks like this:

The world gave the right wing the benefit of the doubt and we saw how it evolved into fascism and later in a massive bloodbath killing almost 50 millions with many innocent people losing their life out of the sheer racist ideology of nazism

The United States is a nation of immigrants and you need to get that through your thick skull, the brownshirts are never making a return again

If you're so worried about 'muh conservative values' stop using the benefits of the free world market and globalism and isolate yourself in a plot of land in Latin America along with your like minded buddies

This comment makes as much sense as saying "the world gave left wing the benefit of doubt and it ended up killing 100 million people"

Btw after WW2 the racist Soviet commies and their satellite states in Eastern Europe expelled over 10 million ethnic Germans. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flight_and_expulsion_of_Germans_(1944%E2%80%931950 )

Under communism the party/state owns the means of production. In the Soviet Union workers did not directly benefit from their work, they were allotted food and good just like everybody else.
At least the state-owned companies in the USSR were not guided by the logic of maximizing profits at any cost, as under capitalism. The means of production and subsoil resources in public ownership (as declared) gave the worker a huge, by modern standards, level of social protection and guarantees, sufficient to feel like a hegemonic class.
But we are unlikely to understand each other because of life in different cultural and historical matrices and the difference in terminology.:)

Capitalism isn't bad, it's just unreformed.
A mixed economy is the answer, a sensible hybrid of capitalism and socialism. A large role of the state in strategic areas and the dominant role of private initiative in small and medium-sized businesses. The presence of cooperatives with collective ownership of the means of production. No private banks. A fairer distribution of wealth in society as a whole.
As water has 3 states, so property in the state should simultaneously be in 3 states - state, private and collective. With the ratio of each of them - it's already more complicated.
And one more thing - the system, when it has already reached a mature state, should work as a well-tuned mechanism, with a minimum of manual intervention, like printing trillions of dollars (in your country) or manually raising pensions due to complaints by the president personally (in mine). The less humanoid influence on the system, the more effective and fair it is.

AI would do better with routine operations, but where we have to take into account the concept of "soviest" which can't be exactly translated to English, we still cannot do without a committed person in such positions.

The state plays the role of a protector for private corporate interests, and will always play, because corporations can only parasitize on strong states and their protectionism.
With financial difficulties, what are even companies like Apple doing? They immediately resort to the state and ask for help.
We can observe the victory of the "free" market in the example of the state-independent power system of the state of Texas.

There is no checks and balances that will ever stop oppression aside from the right to bear arms, everyone is corruptible including the government. You can't be victimized unless you allow yourself to be at least in a financial sense with few exceptions of course. In a capitalist society if you aren't being paid enough you can go find a new job, success is the reward of ambition not a right.

I have such a feeling that in the hands of the current wise elites, governing countries, communism and capitalism merge in ecstasy, combining the worst features of both, and cutting off the best. No balance at all.

There is no checks and balances that will ever stop oppression aside from the right to bear arms, everyone is corruptible including the government.
Here I partly agree, but it strongly depends on the mentality of the nation. Not in vain, the Russians are forbidden to get a weapon (and automatic - it is forbidden absolutely). Trump's electorate did not go to war, although it should have been. If the Russians owned the same amount of weapons - there would be a second Stalingrad. Justice is above the law.

In a capitalist society if you aren't being paid enough you can go find a new job, success is the reward of ambition not a right.
Price fixing among employers is widespread, of course.
