probably something to it

our physiology is not really designed for constant hard physical exercise
look at how hunter gatherers, like the san, live
occassionally they hunt (persistence hunting)
other than that they lounge around the camp all day doing fack all

In msot cases your tendons, muscles, bursae and cartilage will give up in older age before your heart will

I was running almost every day since end of January until end March and I was just fine. Although my legs are dead.

Interesting, I have heard excessive bodybuilding can lead to myocardial hypertrophy too, but I really don't know if it is that true...
I can't do exercises hardly because I have fainting symptoms. :(

Quite right. Incorrect exercise, too intense training or incorrectly selected weight in strength training can be very harmful to your health. In order to achieve your fitness goals in the fastest and most efficient way, you need to consult a personal trainer (or a qualified physical therapist if you are going through an injury recovery period) to get a personalized training plan that is appropriate for your age, fitness and health condition. If you want to learn more about the theory and methods of sports training or to get a personal trainer certification, then you should read this post https://traineracademy.org/training/nasm-study-guide/ . Here, the process of preparing for the NASM personal training practice exam is described in great detail and clearly, there are links to the necessary study materials and a fairly well-structured step-by-step plan for repeating and / or studying the curriculum of the course.
