I also agree he's some sort of subnordid(nordo-baltid) + med, or atlanto-baltid. He can pass as atypical russian too. There are eastern euros with his look. He doesn't look very western imo, rather northern-central euro thus, scandinavia would be the best fit, denmark, or poland/Cz

You do not get necessary light haired people if you mix with Swedes... On the other hand there are light haired Southeuros, who look completely like it. I don´t know what is funny. There are people (me as an example) that look no different in projection when I was 14 than when I was 24. I already said that the "facial development with aging" is an obvious factor but in his case he looks DIFFERENT than his own projection based on his 14 year old photo. There are people that change a lot and people that don´t change so much. I have recognized old school friends in the streets when we were 20 and the last time we saw each other was when we were 14 or so, and other people in this same intervale are completely unknown, like Bieber.
