Yes, although my exposure to the French is more from the south because of where I live (have seen darker than this), perhaps they are more atypical for the north.

1st guy Greek, but it could be a combination of Dinaric-Alpine and Berid giving such look as well

Jeremy Decerle looks dark even by Spanish standards, i would be surprised if he had fully French ancestry though it may well be a legacy from Roman times that has emerged across central/southern France, he has more or less CM features so would not instantly think he came from the middle east or Morocco.
