In the Philippines, Sarah is not considered mestiza. She's either regular Pinay or chinita (to some people). She does have some Chinese admixture from her mother's side.

Regine is considered mestiza, but not the type of mestiza with heavy European ancestry. She looks 1/8th European at the most. She doesn't come from a mestizo family. It's also possible that she's Chinese-mixed instead of European-mixed

South Mongoloids are different. There are several subtypes. Sarah has stronger Sinid component. She has more flat face than average Filipinos. As GaneshD'Souza says, Sarah has some Chinese ancestry.
Maybe i overestimated Regina's Europeid admixture, most likely it is no more than 1/4.
