But despite Latin America not being a homogenous block, the pred-Iberian legacy (mixed with other elements, which differs in proportion depending on the region, like Amerindian in Mexico, and African in Brazil/Caribbean), classicism, catholicism, closer family ties, social inequality, ambiguos family members, racially speaking, etc., are the things that comes to my mind, which seems to be common among them/us.
