Classify my grandmother

My grandmother has an unusual appearance for our region. Height about 170 , in her youth she was thin ,by the age of 70 she gained weight. The eyes are blue. The hair is blonde, closer to white in the sun. The skin is very light.
In the photo where she is in a crowd of people - she is about 15 years old , the rest are already in adulthood after the birth of children.

I've heard it from a lot of people. She lived in Stockholm as a student, but she is from the south of Russia. From the North Caucasus...
But she is from a military family who moved to these territories in order to protect the borders after the Caucasian war. Unfortunately, I do not know where our roots come from.
