Looks Spanish, but best pass is France. Atlanto-Med/Atlantid intermediary+minor CM and Dinarid, similar to Sean Connery. Even if Paleo Atlantid exists, not a Paleo Atlantid.

Doesnt look Spanish, but more like a dark haired German, possibliy Dutch- French as well.
I also dont agree on the Paleo Atlantid- dont believe in the possibility of reconstructing it anyway- but would say pred. Atlantid-Dinaric and a bit Cm (although it would not be necessary to add it really acc. to Coon)- as usual i had to search the side profil on my own.
