the guy doesn't look like an albino much. i wouldn't think he's albino if i hadn't see his eyes.

I think the guy could easily be Germanic, the Med influence in the girl is obvious though, far too gracile to be N Euro in general and seems to have an east Med nose area.

Albinism is mainly an eye vision illness and then it is connected to being very light, feel bad for the people, with what they have go through <3
