That the origin of that haplogroup is Polish. :) It is the most common paternal haplogroup amongst Polish people and can be found exclusively here.

It doesn't have anything to do with being Polish, since that is a more recent ethnic group, haplogroups are connected with ancient populations, so probably it is Sarmatian or maybe even an older population.
