V5>V3 data conversion

I am trying to convert someone's V5 data into V3 for gedmatch using the VCF method, I uploaded the data to dna.land but it seems like it doesn't give a VCF file anymore. Any alternative methods? I've heard some mention dnagenics but I couldn't figure anything out.
