Ive tried to get my mtDNA subclade preditcion from James Lick's website using my raw data from AncestryDNA
but without success. I had to convert it to 23andme raw data format but still does not work.
Did someone succeeded on that front?

maybe try the "use raw data template" option in DnaKitStudio and then try with different versions of 23andme?

The conversion worked, thanks once more.

Unfortunately, the raw data contain only 1988 markers at 1988 positions, i.e. covering just 12.0% of mtDNA. So no reliable prediction possible.
