East Balkan looks, but with a predominance of Gorid.

Far more Balkan looking than other Moldovan groups (from RM) posted here, like the groups of policemen posted some time ago by Aspirin.

Main girl interviewed looks really Turanid (https://youtu.be/YdEqCSh_DeI?t=65) mixed with some Baltid. This one has less than dominant influence, but still visible: https://youtu.be/YdEqCSh_DeI?t=141 (she looks like your average Tatar). Predictably Turanid is most common in Eastern Romanians, precisely those from Eastern Moldova and Bugeak...

The rest look half-way between Ukrainians and Romanians
