OK, so those of you who said Israel are quite right. she is an Israeli but not a Jewish one.
Her name is Valerie Hamati and she is Christian Arab from Jaffa, well its hard to say in her case that she is an Arab, maybe more Arabized Levantine.
In my opinion she can definitely pass as Sephardic or Ashkenazi Jew and also can pass pretty well in other parts of the Mediterranean.
