Yeah, does give Persian vibes.
As for classification (I'm not good at it, but here you go) I think he's either a gracilized Iranid, if that's a thing. Or some sort of psuedo-med. Nord Indid and Gracile indid together can sometimes lead to a psuedo-med look.
