Yesterday I saw a Kurd on the news and he looked very Central Asian to me, I thought maybe Kurds are actually mixed with Central Asians, and it seems that I was correct!

All Iranics such as Kurds have Central Asian admixture by definition (Iranian - Aryan). That’s their ancestry that gave them their Indo-Iranian language, religion (Zoroasterianism), and affected their phenotype. They also have one of the highest R1a-Z93 in the area. Just like in Turks The amount of C. Asian admixture in Kurds varies with some Kurds also inheriting the E. Asian phenotype genes.
