so here's something to fill in on your bored minutes, go on 23and me and search for these SNP's

Rs1667394
Rs12913832
Rs12896399

each T you get in Rs1667394 you're 50% depigmented. each G you get for Rs12913832 you're 50% depigmented, each T you get for Rs12896399 you're 50% depigmented.

so for me and humanophage..

Rs1667394: TT (100% depigmented)
Rs12913832: AG (50% depigmented)
Rs12896399: GG (0% depigmented)
So you'll be 1-(100+50+0)/3=50% on the map.

Humanophage:
Rs1667394: TT (100% depigmented)
Rs12913832: GG (100% depigmented)
Rs12896399: GT (50% depigmented)
So I'll be 1-(100+100+50)/3=17% on the map.

I think this would be 100-((100+50+50)/3)=33% (and not 1 - ..., unless you treat the percentages like 1 and 0.5 )
