He looks like he has some ANE admixture. I couldn't find any photos of his parents, so it's hard to say where his phenotype originates. His eyes are quite distinctive, even by Northern European standards, so it would be interesting to find out more about his background.

He doesn’t look fully Caucasoid to me. In some pics he looks Pardo or sm.
