Latvian but she represents Ireland in rowing. Could she pass for ethnic Irish?

Looks more English actually, there is a type of Nordic in England with very long noses usually of Keltic or Corded type, she passes here without a problem.

Yeah I think a Keltic Nordid + Alpine can end up overlapping with a Noric like her.

Why not as Irish tho. I think if she can pass in Britain she can pass in Ireland as well given how similar they are.

Agree. I came to the conclusion that she is mostly Norid with a bit of Baltid/West-Baltid. There are also Latvians who look ultra-Norid.

To answer the question yes she can pass. There is nothing about her features that would set her apart.
