Well the thing is that most brunette Anglos don't really look 'Latin', but I think she more-or-less does. Not because she is extraordinarily dark or anything, but her facial features and general vibe/demeanour.

Yes, I absolutely agree... despite combination light skin/medium or dark brown or brunette hair here is extremely common she has something that helps her to pass here perfectly, and they are her traits for sure.
And yes, due to her traits I think she pass better in the Mediterranean Basin than Martin Sheen for example, although he has recent roots from Galicia, she looks more endemic in the mediterranean spectrum than him.
For that reason I could perfectly associate her phenotype to Spain, Portugal, Italy, central and south France and of course Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil and every euro latinamerican descendant.
