I would say they represents the range of average Filipinos (as in not including Negrito minority tribes or Spanish Filipinos). Would they generally belong to the same race?

Do you have any sources for that?The dna tests of all the Filipinos I seen had still low levels of Australoid.Same with Chamorros.Especially compared to say Moluccans,Timorese,or Palauans.

First have obvious ausroloid admixture

second guy is mongoloid with maybe caucasoide admixture

He could end up Polynesian-looking because some Filipinos have as much Negrito ancestry as Polynesians have Melanesian ancestry. Only a few Filipino tribes are shown here, but if the average Tagalog or Bisaya is 5-10% Negrito (as it seems according to the bars), then it wouldn't be a stretch that some mainstream but atypical Filipinos could be 15-25% Negrito. You see more Negrito-looking mainstream Filipinos in poorer places. You usually don't see them migrating to America.
