Many Med and 1 or 2 alpines, a few Indian admixed people, not that different to people from Cordoba Spain.

Except you'd have to substitute Amerindian admixture for Gypsy admixture, surely?:p

I think it's a coincidence to me...
Depends of the area cordobeses look a bit different.
But it's a city with less diversity than Buenos Aires, at least genetically talking, exams prove that it's quite difficult find cordobeses with less than 60% Euro (but exist though), while in Buenos Aires although they are rare, they are a bigger number... even less than 40%.
Even though the average is a bit more Euro in BA (One study said 76% average, and another said 79.9%, while I only saw one study for Córdoba and it said around ~71/72% Euro).

Those alpinized types that Oliver said are not rare in Córdoba since many piedmontese immigrants settled in the province.
Surpringsly Córdoba recived a good number of piedmontese, basque and andalusian immigrants, different to Buenos Aires, that recived a more balanced number of italians from the south and the north, and more galicians.

One guy that appeared in the video under a bridge or a viaduct has a little resemblance to Juan Martín del Potro to me. Del Potro is mostly of galician and piedmontese origin, and those traits are quite common in Piamonte, Italy, in my opinion.

Nota bene: El guiri no pilla la indirecta que la mayoría de los cordobeses a quien pregunta y mediante un mensaje muy elegante le envían: "Ni puta idea ni interés. Borrate, boludo."

In contrast I like how the argentinian cordobese speak, very different to porteño:
