We agree on the dude. The woman can pass at most as a coastal Levantine med, but she's way far from regular Arab.

Her look is pretty common for the young arab girl who has done plastic surgery/lip implants. Yes from the "true" arab she looks different but plastic surgery changed that. Its just my observation, I may be wrong.

I see what you're saying but I think you're conflating a bit much coastal Levantines with inland Arabs.

Besides, she's a young, anonymous person (not a celebrity of any kind), she has no surgeries done.
