Obviously not, but there should be some other group taking up the other 50%, like celts or spanish or whatever it likes to throw in there. I very much doubt that even the most simple Admix 2 Oracle would put any modern individual at more than 50% Anglo-Saxon. It makes me believe it can't be taken very seriously at all, no one should be able to get that result.
