I posted him because i thought he looked very eastern (but wasn't sure which type) but i see no one agrees so far. Anyway seems to be a former metalhead before turning into politics:

Yeah I can see how he could be taken for Russian or something. But the (in)famous person he reminded me of the most was Breivik.
