Imo he looks more like one of those local "Alpinized Brünns" you can find all over the British isles with very neotenous features (like Thomas Brodie Sangster), I'd say he looks more British than continental European, so my verdict would be Alpinized Brünn with Nordic influences ("Subnordid + Brünn").
If you look at his profile he seems to have a protruding occiput, but coupled with a sloping forehead, which seems typical for this variant (also notice the snubbish Brünn nose he has - compare this to "pure" Brünns like Wayne Rooney), aswell as the "sloping" and "weak" rather than rounded jaw:

Maybe more French or Belgian so not really proper central Europe though what he certainly does not look in my view is Irish or Scottish or Swedish say.
