Therese Johaug, and not just because she's Norwegian or more attractive (in my opinion). I think Klüft's face looks smaller and more "squeezed together" (no offence to her). Klüft looks Nordic but not quite as much as Johaug. :shrug:

The Nord is far prettier than the Swede, IMO. They both look to be Nordid.... but Johaug has softer, and therefore prettier features. Perhaps she has a little more admixture?

She has quite high vault, a low face with huge jaw. Her stature is also more robust than that of pure Nordids. She's predomaintly Nordid for sure, but she seem significant Cromagnid, so in that case, she's Tronder. Some of Hallstatt Nordid example you posted are not Hallstatt Nordid.

Nordids have sharper features, from my understanding. Non-Nordid admixture is what I meant, sorry.

Note, the post asked who looked more stereotypically Nordic, rather than Nordid.

In that case, I'd say they both look Nordic...but the Norwegian looks more stereotypically Nordic, IMO.

I don't think she actually looks Lappish, but I've seen many people with similar eyes be classified as waterproof mongo-lappoids by the experts.

There are a few of these types in England but they are rare, there are maybe 6 or 7 of the Carolina Kluft type in my college out of around 250 people

It's not so different here, at least in my area Klüft types are not very common.

Why this result? Both look very Nordic and would fit in Denmark and Iceland quite easily. Probably in Finland too. They look equally Nordic.

Johaug has a higher level of Upper CM element from aboriginal Scandinavians, so she's the one more "Nordic". Kluft looks mainly Aryan, so not a "Nordic"...

I have seen it among Norwegians but a bit less frequent. Rarely among English people, unless the hair is dyed..

Johaug of course. I have noticed swedes tend to have a more eastern vibe. Baltid influence is stronger. And as such it is generally speaking easier for them to pass in Baltic nations, Russia, and such parts than Norwegians who have a solid western appearance, if we do not include the Northern areas of course. They may on average be lighter, but feature wise they are not as nordic looking in the stereotypical sense.

I've always found that look a bit martian. Light blond hair, icy eyes and tanned skin:eek2:
