In Southern Europe- Probably either descendants of MENA slaves brought over there by the Greeks and Romans in Ancient times or Jews.
In Western, Central and Northern Europe- Probably either Jews or Islamic Rapefugees.
In Eastern Europe- Probably either Jews or Nakho-Dagestanian folks.

J1 originated in North Caucasus and not in Saudi Arabia or Israel to be Semitic so its Caucasian Haplogroup that found in the Caucasus and Middle East and SouthEurope.
J1 is the highest in North Caucasus with 98%, Iraq 83%, Yemen 80%, Qatar 66%, Syria 55% and Saudi Arabia 45%.
So J1 migrated from the Caucasus to Anatolia and from Anatolia to inhabit Levant/Iraq and from Iraq to the Arabian Peninsula.
Nowadays all Semitic speakers in the middle east they are mainly from J1\ j2 and a small percentage of E1b in Jordan and a smaller portion on Palestinians/Lebanese.
North African Semitic speakers are mainly E1b including Ethiopia.
