Of course there will be female criminals, it would be surprising if there weren't, and then what do you do with them?
Or what if it's the other way around,what if a man cheated on a woman and gets whipped, is that scary or unfair? Why would it be?
If this man in the article had really cheated, he would have gotten whipped in Afghanistan, and she could feel vindicated, and not have to freak out that "all she gets is a separation in court(if they were married, and if they're not even married nothing happens), and he just gets away with it without consequences".

Dude, have you read the Quran!? ISIS is a true representation of Muhammad - conquer and slaughter. No need to be scared to point this out man.
