I remember using one site in the past but I forgot the name and I can't find it back as I cleaned by search history I think.

Some random sites that I googled require registration etc.

This https://www.promethease.com/
It is paid but not very expensive and still I think is the best for checking medical and phenotype snps.

SNPEDIA

I cannot download my data there as far as I can tell. I remember that on this website that I used months ago I could check which exact polymorphism I have and which one I couldn't check because my 23andme test did not cover this region of my DNA.

You can use promethease which uses snpedia data pages. Or just click on search the snp on snpedia, then search it on your 23andme raw data on the home page a voila

Oh, yes ... this function is indeed available at 23andme, silly me!

And I also discovered free tellmegen website ... I have found out that I am a carrier for red hair gene (one copy of rs1805008 / TC genotype). Myself I had a 5-6% of developing red hair, cool. People with two copies of it - TT in 70% of cases are redheads of some sort.
