I don't wanna bias the answers, but yes, I can see that.

since they're alpinized, how far west can these guys pass? Can they pass in France? How foreign would they look in Britain?

Probably Austria, France has it's fair share of larger headed robust types or meddish looking types so as a group they would not pass in France.

most Poles from my region (Lubuskie & Dolny Śląsk) are nothing like Russians, so yes, pass here but not in Podlaskie (N-E .pl)
if you remember, you have said I pass in Romania when tanned based on one pic

for comparison, these are Czechs. They look visibly more Northern (a lot of West Baltid), even among those with dark hair - although they have their share of Alpinids:

Don't look much more northern to me, though the baltic influence is apparent in some, most central Euro groups do seem charectarised by intermediate complexions and so not very pale skin, would be good to see a comparison with western Poles.

anyways, they are (ethnic) Romanians from Transylvania.

they are ethnic Romanians (and not Hungarian) because they sing an old rock song in Romanian - you won't catch Hungarians doing that
