I also thought that she is mixed, but i couldn't find any information.
Anyway i will not include her in the morph of the German people.

This individual could easily be found in America, and sometimes I wonder if such phenotypic expression is "old" German ancestry concomitant with America's colonial era (Huegenots, etc). I also wonder if such "obviously not English" facial characteristics come from early Irish settlers/"servant-farmhand class" in colonial America. I'd associate such Americans as usually found at the "bottom of the ladder," socio-economically speaking.
