She is my cousin from Serbia.
Her dad tells a story that they had some great granpas who moved from Anatolia centuries ago.
Does these results show that she has some Turkish ancestry sign. East Eurasian seems near to 1 but can it also be noise?

And where exactly was her family from? These look much more like the results of muslims from Bosnia than those from Sandžak.

I have been searching for my roots for years, this year I had the opportunity to visit my relatives in Prijepolje and talked them about the details of my great grandpa's roots.

I went to mosque, Mileseva church, population office, museum etc.

What I have managed to reach, there is only one family in Prijepolje with surname Osmankovic, so supposedly they moved from somewhere in Bosnia in early 1800's relatives say, but not much more thing I know as of now.

You should do a deeper Y-DNA test, like they offer on FTDNA, in case you haven't done so already. Also, you can consult the people on the poreklo forum (they have a section for those who can only speak English) to see if they have any more information to give you.
