What kind of students? This look like a set of photos from a protestant/baptist church. Vast majority of people in Suceava are orthodox.

More Alpinid than Gorid - perhaps a bit surpring for Moldova, but considering that Suceava is close to the Carpathians it makes sense.

Well their skin pigmentation is generally light, would you say they are similar to central Croats?
