Are they European?

I was going to say Spanish for the first girl because she kind of resembles one I've seen, but I notice she has a scar on her arm that looks similar to the small pox vaccine and I'm pretty sure that in most first world countries they stopped giving those decades ago, surely before she was born.

Actually now that I make the picture larger, she seems to be mixed as that hair texture seems off for a European.
