Psuedo mestiza looks like hers are not uncommon in PR now that you bring it up. Probably has to do with the slightly more elevated Amerind on average in comparison to the other islands (still nothing compared to the continent though).

I think she's likely to have a geno similar to Andullero. I've also seeing balanced mulattoes that look triracial or pseudo triracial. Look at this thread with results. Latinus himself makes a comment about it:

Nunca hubiera pensado que tuviera un fenotipo mestizo como estan diciendo. Mi ex cunada y sus hermanas tienen un look parecido con la diferencia de que la primera tiene el cuerpo de negra y en los labios se le nota la mezcla afro. Pero ella tiene el pelo algo amerindio y un tipo de facciones similares a esta (tiene el pelo claro). Ellos son de de un campo en La Linea (creo que cerca de Sabaneta en Stgo. Rodriguez). Se mudaron a La Romana y alla se hicieron clase media despues de ser tan pobres. Mis sobrinos salieron cuaterones-looking pero con el pelo castano claro. Deben de andar por pred. euro triracial pero como con 20% de SSA. Mi hermano se ve bien cuarteron como yo pero tiene el pelo menos liso y la nariz mas romana que la mia (tambien tiene la cara un poco mas alargada).

To me she looks 50/50 mestiza. I have seen a couple Colombianas with a similar phenotype.
