She would be considered as "parda" i think as her skin is kinda dark.
But that is skin collor. Brazilians don't really care much about race, she would be seen as mostly Euro racially, if she indentifies as such.

IMO Sofia Belorf passes in Romania, but doesn't look so similar to the OP woman.
