There is no any easily identifiable Central German cluster contrary to, for example, France (there is a Central French cluster):

There are only three main German clusters, while for the French there are 5 or 6 clusters (Central, SE, SW, NW, NE, Corsica):

Maybe somewhere near the borders between Thuringia, Hessen, Niedersachsen, there is a small "Central German" area?
