We also had many "gifts" from all over USSR. Many don't know that we have a few thousand people of VUR ethnicites (by official statistics 0.2 pct of Latvian population and half of them are Volga Tatars, but many others are Russified and identifies as Russians). We have also the same amount people from Central Asia and from Caucasus half more.
